Our birds and the wind farm project Feuillade-Souffrignac

La Chapelle-Saint-Robert is near the site where ABO Wind wants to build a wind farm (3 to 7 engins 200 m high). But in Charras (11 km from Javerlhac), next to Souffrignac they abandonned the projet for lack of wind.

Enquête publique (open till 22 october 2018) has the only advantage that now we know there are 31 birds listed as endangered in our neighbourhood.

The main migration route of the common crane (grue cendrée) goes right over the site of the wind farm projet !.

On the basis of theses informations the promoter thinks the projet is compatible with schéma régional de cohérence écologique (SRCE).
